I played around with RSS Feed - there is a click near the bottom of the Armchairinvesting/ProBoard page. Steps were not very intuitive and involved some trial-and-error. So, this post is just in case someone else wants to try it.
RSS is an old technology to aggregate new info from various websites. Many sites don't support it now [M*, Google, etc] but several still do [ProBoards, Yahoo Finance, CNBC, etc]. Some sites that support it don't make it easy to use - I had to search for "Yahoo Finance RSS" and "CNBC RSS" to find related links/clicks.
Here are the steps.
Step 1. Download/install RSS Reader or Extension [Chrome, Firefox have those]. A RSS icon will be placed in browser's menu bar. I used Smart RSS reader but there are many others.
Step 2. Add the RSS link(s) from the website [not the main website link]. For Armchairinvesting/ProBoards, right-click the RSS Feed shown near the bottom of the Homepage. You can copy-link and paste it in RSS Reader, or simply click add/subscribe-to-RSS-feed [it should show if you have a RSS Reader already installed].
As mentioned, you may have to search for RSS Feed links for other websites of interest. Many websites don't provide RSS clicks or icons in simple ways like they do for Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Step 3. You are all set. The RSS Reader will allow you to see new website info for "All" of your sites, or for each one.
Step 4. Then from one place [click on the RSS icon], you can review, read, save or delete what you want. Only the current/new info is comprehensive and timely; the info for yesterday or days before is only a sampling. But that is OK as the idea is to see new info posted on various websites of interest without going/logging to each one. Of course, you can also go to the site if there is lot to see there. But the main utility may be that it will also avoid going/logging to the site if there is nothing new posted.

If a web page displays the RSS icon, click to open & copy-&-paste URL into RSS Add (+), or right-click the RSS icon & click Subscribe (if offered).
Otherwise, use the following steps to find the RSS link (if one exists):
"Get the RSS Feed from the page source: The best way to obtain the RSS Link is to find it directly in the page source. To do so, go to the website of your choice and right-click anywhere on the page. Then, click on “View page source”. You can also access the page source by using your keyboard, with Ctrl+U on Windows computers and Cmd+U on Macbooks.
Once you are on the page source, press Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F) and write RSS in the search bar. If the website has an RSS feed, this should find it. Then, all you have to do is copy the link."
Some sites aren't tailored for RSS, e.g. Edgar/SEC - items displayed aren't sorted/organized well. But its URL allows setting the number of items to be displayed; set to 2-5 only (default is 40).
Also may use Get RSS URL (website, also a Chrome extension) for a current webpage. If none exists, it will show that,
getrssfeed.com/
Edit/Add, 1/9/24. Titles and links for new threads and posts in PB private/protected areas are shown by RSS feed, but those links cannot be open by public.
Edit/Add, 2/14/24
SETTINGS icon ("wrench") can be used to customize - most options are self-explanatory, but Behavior options include Update-Frequency, Auto-Remove (time period & all vs some), Auto-Pin (comma separated title-keyword list; also, it's the only way to Pin).
