StockCharts Upgrade
StockCharts offers chart LINKABILITY, multi-CHARTING & lots of free TA. Subscriptions are expensive at $239-599/yr, but the table provides a good checklist of features available at various subscription levels.

LINKABILITY is rather scarce. Portfolio Visualizer (PV) has it. M* Charts had it but not anymore (M* Discussions is also closed/private now, so even posts cannot be linked). Yahoo Finance & MFO Premium never had linkable charts. Sure, one can take screenshot, upload to an image hosting site & link it via Image-Tool, but that doesn't match live, linked charts. Supporting chart linkability requires some storage & has associated costs, so it may be a free resource that gets cut first.
With a major update of StockCharts, the old/classic version will still be around for a while, either by direct tab, URL or reversion.

Besides a new look, the default PANEL AT THE TOP has been changed to performance relative to some benchmark that may not be appropriate. It can be changed manually to RSI (14) as before, but the setting cannot be saved in the free version.
There are tabs to Link, Share (via email or to social-media), More Tools (to revert to old/classic version, etc).
Another limitation seen is that in the Overlays and Indicators menus, the BLANK BOXES cannot be used to add more Overlays or Indicators; any such attempt leads to a subscription screen. A good thing, however, is that on clicking the back-arrow, it REVERTS to the old StockCharts version where Overlays and/or Indicators can be added in blank boxes. On the other hand, in the new version, the Overlays and/or Indicators shown by default can be changed to another. So, the new version has less flexibility, or fewer freebies.
Many new FEATURES are for the paid versions. As noted above, some free features have been curtailed, but some other free tools have been added (Market Carpets, etc). See Charts & Tools tab for an overview of features & changes (indicated by GREEN labels).
