I just listened to the US-Listed Chinese stocks (YouTube) www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dKrR0U4O_k and wondered if the PCAOB oversight requirement also applies to ADRs like for example, Tencent ADRs.

From Fidelity -

"ADRs are a form of equity security that was created specifically to simplify foreign investing for American investors. An ADR is issued by an American bank or broker.
